At BoxGearPro, all of our products are carefully handcrafted and made-to-order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we have a limited return and refund policy outlined below.

 

 

✅ Returns Accepted Only in Specific Cases

We only accept returns or replacements if the item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or faulty

  • Incorrect (wrong product or wrong customization)

If any of the above applies, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

 

 

❌ No Returns for Change of Mind or Sizing Preferences

Due to the made-to-order nature of our gear, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Personal preference or sizing concerns

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Customized or personalized items (names/logos)

 

 

📩 How to Report a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

 

 

💳 Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is confirmed defective or damaged

  • We are unable to provide a replacement

  • The wrong item was sent and cannot be corrected

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item was used or not returned in original condition

  • Damage occurred after delivery

 

 

❗ Important Note on Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.

Once production or customization has started, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
