📌 BoxGearPro Cancellation Policy
At BoxGearPro, every order is carefully prepared and many of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we have the following cancellation terms in place:
✅ Order Cancellation Window (First 24 Hours)
Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production has not yet started.

If the order has not entered production, we can issue a full cancellation and refund.

⚠️ Orders Already in Production (After 24 Hours)
Once an order has entered production or customization has begun (including printed or embroidered names/logos), it can no longer be canceled for a full refund.
Since these items are made-to-order, materials and labor costs are immediately incurred.
In this case, customers will have the following options:
Option 1: Store Credit (Recommended)
If the order is still within the standard delivery timeframe, we can offer a full store credit for the amount paid, which can be used for any future purchase at BoxGearPro.
Option 2: Partial Refund (50%)
If a customer still wishes to cancel after production has started, we may offer a 50% refund, as the remaining amount covers production and customization costs.
📦 Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been provided, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customers must follow our Return Policy (if applicable) after delivery.
🎄 Peak Season & High Volume Periods
During busy seasons (such as holidays, New Year, promotions, or high order volume periods), production and shipping timelines may take longer than usual.
Orders cannot be cancelled solely due to delays if they are still within our estimated delivery window.
⏳ Delivery Timeline Reminder
Our standard delivery timeframe is:
14–18 working days
This includes production + international shipping transit.
We encourage customers to place orders early if they need items by a specific date.
❗ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their bank.
We are always happy to resolve issues quickly through support.
Chargebacks submitted while an order is already in production or shipped may be disputed with evidence including tracking and order documentation.
