Shipping

Do you ship to the UK and Europe?

Yes. We offer free shipping to the UK and Europe, plus worldwide delivery to other destinations.

How long does delivery take?

All of our gear is handmade and made-to-order, so production typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 7 to 12 business days depending on your destination and local courier operations. In total, most orders arrive within 16 to 18 business days.

Sizing

What size boxing gloves do I need?

Glove size is measured in ounces (oz), based on your body weight and what you'll be using them for. As a rough guide: under 9 stone, look at 10oz to 12oz; 9 to 14 stone, 12oz to 16oz; and over 14 stone, 16oz or heavier. See our full sizing guide on the blog for a detailed breakdown.

What if I'm between sizes?

If you're between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Extra padding gives more protection for your hands and wrists, particularly for sparring or heavy bag work.

Personalisation

Can I personalise my gloves?

Yes. Every pair of handmade leather gloves can be personalised with a name or initials on the wrist strap or cuff, with a choice of thread colour. Personalisation is built into the production process, so it's durable and part of the glove itself.

Does personalisation take longer?

Because each pair is handmade to order, personalised gloves follow our standard 7 to 14 business day production time. We recommend ordering with some lead time ahead of a specific date, especially during busier periods.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because every item is handmade and made-to-order, we only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged during shipping, is defective or faulty, or is incorrect (wrong product or wrong customisation). Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.

Can I return a personalised or custom item?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our gear, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, personal sizing preference, or customised and personalised items such as names or initials.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it's processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

What are your gloves made from?

Our boxing and MMA gloves are handmade from genuine leather, chosen for its durability and the way it moulds to your hand with use.

How do I care for my leather gloves?

Let your gloves air out fully between sessions rather than leaving them zipped in a bag. Wipe down the outside after training, avoid drying them with direct heat, and store them somewhere dry to keep the leather in good condition for years of use.
