All BoxGearPro products are made with attention to detail and require production time before shipping.

Each order is handmade and crafted with full care, which means production typically takes:

10–12 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for every order.

 

 

⏳ Estimated Delivery Time

Because our gear is made-to-order, the total estimated delivery timeline is:

14–18 business days

This includes:

  • Production and customization

  • Packaging and dispatch

  • Transit time to your location

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier handling or customs procedures.

 

 

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and package details. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

 

 

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the courier has processed the shipment.

 

 

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Because BoxGearPro products are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, before production begins.
